2/5/11 Amami's exam - Is she pregnant????

I have noticed some changes of Amami's behavior and also body. She is much more mellow and also her tummy getting bigger! To find out by vet has to be 45 days after mating so it is the day!!

Dr. Anderson came and examed her his first word was "big!!" As soon as he hold her and to see how big her tummy was. So I decided to have ultrasound to confirm. At first only what we can see was her bluder. ...I was wondering if we could see some evidence of pups!!! Sooner later we saw something moving....I should have said heartbeats!!! Two of them. It was so amazing to see unborn's heartbeats. Amami was so good she calmly just stayed on the bed. Only e could see two heartbeats but we were told two or four pups! Finally my suspension is determined it was not just a imagination. OMG!!

I really like this picture of Amami!! Most of the time I write about Chaparrito but it was her Birth month and she is really doing well. Jan. 10th is her birthday and she is 2 yrs old. I can't believe how time goes by so fast. As soon as she was born I put deposit. She has shy side but also she is strong! I really wish Chapa & Amami will have cute healthy babies someday!!!

Happy New Year

OMG. Can't believe it has been a while and now it is the year of 2011. My two doggies have participated the annual event of the wiener national then Chaparrito was one of the top 16 and advanced to the S.D final. We were interviewed by the animal plannet. As for this year? Yeah as long as two dogs are in good shape to compete the race yes we will be participate the event. We wish the new year will be better for all of us and same to everyone. If I could ask more, I wish Chapa and Amami to have puppies.

Hot Day!

Oh my!!! Such a hot weekend! Yesterday 8am was pretty warm so decided to leave before 7am for dog beach today! Yeah it is hot enough to be there. A lot of people with dogs were there already having good time.

Chapa & Amami were so happy running around on sand. Chapa loves balls, Amami likes chasing Chaparrito. Chapa digs then Amami follows him. At shore he found clam and tried to play with it, put it in his mouth, roll over it....... poor clam!

We stayed about 2hrs or so Chapa seemed to want to stay longer but Amami. Plus was worried about temperature gets so high....so we left! Fed them & washed Amami but Chapa! who keeps hiding under the bed! He needs bath so bad!!!! Good or bad his is dried though .....but covered with sand.

Just vaccumed but I guess gotta vaccumed again as soon as I catch him. But anyway it was such a nice day at beach and want to go back there soon.

最近すっかりおろそかになったブログ！アマミを迎えてから睡眠不足続きで大変。

アマミは生後６ヶ月でチャパとドッコイの大きさ！なんだかおっかない。まだチャパの様に体重は重くは無いけど、長くなりました。まるで大人です。チャパはこんなに大きかったかな？これ以上伸びて欲しくはない！

夜は寝ない！私が２階でネットやると横で寝てる。終わって寝ようと立ち上がると起きて常に骨かじり！かと思ったら睡眠妨害！お願いだから寝てください！！！と思っても”遊んでよ～！！！”と言わんばかり。仕舞には届かないのに思いっきりジャンプで私のマットレスにアタックを繰り返す。だから寝不足。最近ベットで寝れない。ため息です。

It was just right time for Chapa & Amami to enjoy their day! It has been a while for us to be there so Chapa was so excited! As for Amami, it was the first time for her to walk outside and she was little scared at the first place though she seemed to enjoy running around with Chapa.
