Semi-Final at Petco Park

We participated Wiener National Semi-Final at Petco Park. Chapa did his best for the race. The course was too tight and too many people, it was very difficult for him & other dogs to focus.

Returned to Dog Beach!

Wienerschnitzel Wiener Nationals

Pacific Holiday Bowl/Wienerschnitzel Wiener Nationals is back!! We participated the Wiener Dog Race again. Chaparrito had practiced at P.B. with other doxie early Aug and his ran proofed that he was ready for this coming cometition.

At the preminory race, he was the first or second and his time was nominated as top 16. The second race, he made a goal very fast but everybody else were behind.
After everybody participated two races, top 16 dogs names were called out. My god! my Chapa's name was called out "Yeeeesssss!!!!". I was so happy and he competed again as the last run for today.

Sooner later, the top 8 dogs named was called; Chaparrito is the one of top 8 doxie who will compete at Petco Park on the 10th! Yay!!! Chapa did very good job!

Per the time record from the Wiener Nationals, Chapa is the third from the top as 2.91 seconds. My goodness.....a little who has short legs can run so fast! I am so proud of him.

Meet up

Yay! finally our meetup is back! It's been a while since we got together here but this time I hosted for this meetup. Unfortunately only 3 dahcshunds got together but we were happy to meet Bob & his mom, Ozzy & his family. Somewaht Chapa loves Ozzy! Ozzy is so cute and very nice dog. We hope we will see them again!

Chaparrito was supposed to be in a race truck for race....he was busy sniffing around this cute black short hair.....

Dachshund picnic

Again we were back to the Balboa Park!!! Unfortunately it was not big like last year though but we had fun! Chapa was burking at people around him when they tried to take pictures.

久しぶりに犬のイベントに参加

久しぶりに犬のイベントに参加！近所だったから早起きして行って来ました。やっぱり近所が一番！ベンダーのテントではドックフードのサンプルやおやつを配っていて・・・・ちょうどチャパがおやつにしている無添加チキンジャーキーがあったから２つほど頂いてきました。その他ドライローフード。お水と混ぜると出来上がり！これもＭｕｔｔｒｏｐｏｌｉｓで見ていたから今度試してみようかな？サプリメントもらったけどちょっと怖いからコレはなし！イベントの後フードコード脇で可愛いチャパをゲット！！！めちゃ可愛いな～！！！！

Another relaxing weekend

Another relaxing weekend we were at a dog park but I wasn't too happy about it because of irresponsible owner who did not make his dog stopped while his dog attacked my baby boy! Fortunately he was not hurt but still that owner should have stopped his aggressive dog. Oh well....... Chaparrito is very tired after playing with his friends there so that's all good.

Breakfast or Cuz?

This morninig, Chapa was so funny cause he was not able to make a dicision whether having breakfast or playing with his toy "Cuz" ball. So he ended up put a cuz into his breakfast bowl. Luckilly he was able to have breakfast as is. My god, Chapa!! Yeah it is not a first time for him to do that but before it was a tennis ball so he was not able to have a breakfast with a tennis ball in a bowl.

チャパのお嫁さん探し！

チャパは来月３歳になります。一日も早くお嫁さんを探してあげないと・・・・・去年７月のダックスフンドピクニックでは３名のオーナーさんより話が来たけど結局カラーマッチングが残念ながら駄目でした。
ココでは良くＳｔｕｄ　ＤｏｇとＡＤ出しているけど大丈夫かな？よく考えて私もチャパの為に出そうかな？それとも大家さんに相談してブラックタンの女の子を迎え入れるか・・・・本当難しいな・・・

２月１７日頃にアニマルプラネットの撮影があってやっとビデオが上記のサイトにアップロードされました。でも残念、前半の撮影全てカット。私達はほんの少しだけ写る結果に・・・・折角チャパがどの様に過ごしているか見てもらおうと思ったのに・・・一瞬かな？見えてくださいね。

２月なのにとても暑い日で撮影中チャパはご機嫌ナナメ。だってずっと抱いていないといけ無し、暑いしグルーミングしてもらった後で皆と遊びたかったんだもんね。

日曜日の早朝から近所のドックパークへ。昨日に引き続き暑い！朝７時で既に２０度を超えている。今日はどれだけ暑くなるのだろう？と考えながらチャパとボールで遊びました。
しばらくすると何を考えたのかボールを濡れている場所へ置き体をゴロゴロボールでし始める始末。見ての通り泥だらけ。懲りずに何度もゴロゴロ・・・・嗚呼可愛いから泥まみれ！哀れな姿に・・・・

Dog Park

今日は近所のドックパークへ行ってきました。なんだかボールで遊ばず、匂い・マーキングするのみ。でもアメリカンエスキモー・プードルとミニシュナウザーと遊び楽しかった。やっぱり近所の散歩とパークでのチャパの表情が違う。時間が許す限りパークへ連れてきてあげたいな・・・・

自宅へ戻った後は、バッタンキュー。ヘソ天で横になっているオネムなチャパをゲットしました。

久しぶりの投稿

何だか時間無くってなかなかアップデートできませんでした。うちのチャパは先月アニアルプラネットの撮影に行ってきました。まだＷＥＢに出てないけど、まだかな？？？
